Voice dictation that works in every app — now on Mac and Windows — with faster, smarter, and more reliable AI-powered communication.

Wispr, The Voice Interface Company building a more natural way to interact with technology, today announced the launch of Wispr Flow for Windows, bringing its AI-powered voice productivity tool to billions of new users worldwide.

After a successful Mac launch in 2024, Wispr Flow is now available on both Mac and Windows, expanding access to professionals, creators, and businesses looking to work 3x faster than typing.

This launch comes alongside significant product improvements made since the Mac app launched, including:

  • Beta launch of auto-learning new words, making Wispr Flow even more intelligent by learning from its mistakes, unlike any other dictation tool

  • Faster, more reliable performance for an even smoother experience.

  • Enhanced international support, with optimized language recognition including UK English and Hinglish.

  • Team Plan Pricing, offering greater value for businesses to onboard teams to work together.

  • Enterprise API offering, allowing partner businesses to integrate Wispr’s voice technology into their workflows.

“Wispr Flow is designed to free people from their keyboards and help them communicate more naturally,” said Tanay Kothari, CEO and Founder of Wispr.

“Since launching on Mac, we have seen hundreds of millions of words dictated, with most users enjoying Flow every day. With Windows support, Wispr Flow is now available to an even larger audience, making voice-powered productivity accessible across both major platforms.”

Unlocking a Faster, Smarter Way to Communicate and Create

Wispr Flow allows users to speak naturally and see their words appear instantly, with built-in intelligence to edit, format, and refine their writing across any application. The product was created by Kothari and co-founder Sahaj Garg after experiencing firsthand the frustration of typing-intensive workflows that slow down communication.

After decades of keyboard dependency, they see 2025 as a turning point for human/computer interaction.

Just as the touchscreen replaced buttons on our phones, voice is replacing the keyboard as the dominant input method for work, creativity, and coding.

Whether for business professionals, developers, or content creators, Wispr Flow turns thoughts into polished writing 3x faster than typing:

  • Blazing Fast Dictation – Speak naturally, and Flow transcribes in real time, with high accuracy.

  • Auto-Edits in Real-Time – Change your mind mid-sentence? Flow adapts instantly.

  • Smart Formatting – Automatically structures text for clarity and readability.

  • Command Mode – Instantly rewrite, refine, or adjust tone without leaving your app.

  • Native Integrations – Select text anywhere and say: “Ask Perplexity, what does this mean?”

  • Whisper Mode – Use Flow discreetly in quiet environments.

  • Multi-Language Support – Now with optimized UK English and 100+ expanded global languages.

Expanding Developer & Business Use Cases

“Coding with your voice, or vibe coding, has been our fastest growing segment of users, across applications like Cursor, Windsurf, and Warp. We’re absolutely convinced we are unlocking a whole new level of productivity for the developer community here,” says Sahaj Garg, Wispr’s CTO.

With the launch of an enterprise API, Wispr Flow is now more customizable for enterprise software and developer ecosystems, enabling seamless voice-to-text capabilities across internal systems, workflows, and AI-powered applications.

This includes the recent launch of a product partnership with Warp - the AI terminal - enabling developers to “vibe code” with their voice right inside the Warp Terminal. Zach Lloyd, CEO and Founder of Warp, said, “Warp’s Voice feature with Wispr AI lets developers speak commands and questions instead of typing them. It’s really powerful when combined with Agent Mode for complex operations."

Rajiv Ayyanger, CEO at Product Hunt, was equally as enthusiastic, saying, “I started using Wispr Flow with Replit and then migrated to using it more generally - really slick and fast implementation”.

Availability & Pricing

Wispr Flow is now available for both Mac and Windows. The Basic Plan is free, while Pro, Teams and Business plans start from $10/month.
